Last week we had some friends over for dinner and I made this dark chocolate tart with burned meringue for dessert.

I decided to make one small tart for each instead of one big tart. I didn’t have a crème brûlée burner so I grilled the tarts in oven for a few seconds instead and it worked very well. It’s a heavy cake so I added a little bit of vanilla ice cream together with homemade caramelised peanuts.
